March 2023 and April 2023 Payments will each be half of our transportation cost.

The total cost of NYC 2023 will be $1,000 + Transportation ($600 Estimate).

Payments will be will be applied to the conference cost as well as all of the district expenses such as travel, lodging, food, excursions, etc.

PARTICIPANTS: Please submit your check to your local church by the 1st of each month.

CHURCHES: Send your checks made out to “EMD – NYI” and have them postmarked by the 15th of each month. A $25 late fee may be applied for missed payments. Please collect the checks from students and adults and send one from the church with a list of the students names that have paid.  Mail them to:
